The long anticipated UNIBEN Rave Party which was earlier scheduled to hold on January 29, 2025 has been postponed due to security reasons.
The Students’ Union Government made this known in a memo on February 1, 2025. The union stressed that student’s well-being remains the biggest priority, promising that updates regarding the event will be communicated at the appropriate time.
The Students’ Union Government also communicated via the memo the extension of the hostel closure deadline. The hostels which was earlier scheduled to be closed on Saturday, February 1, 2025 has now been extended to 12pm, February 3, 2025. This is to enable a smooth adjustment of students as they vacate the campus for the end of the 2023/2024 academic session.
The union also encouraged students to rest well while anticipating the next session, assuring them of an engaging and eventful semester when school reopens.
