In an incident that occurred on the 31st of July, students in Social Science Second Twin LT at the University of Benin found themselves in an unexpected situation when a chair they were occupying suddenly broke. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained, but the incident prompted immediate action from the school management.
The school administration quickly responded to the incident, with a prompt investigation into the cause of the chair’s breakage. It was discovered that the chair’s weakness resulted from the iron holding the seats being molten, unable to withstand the weight of the students sitting on it.
Without delay, the school management took action to address the safety issue. The broken chair was promptly fixed, ensuring that no further accidents would occur in the future. The students expressed their gratitude for the swift and decisive response, praising the school’s commitment to their safety and well-being.
It is evident that the school’s proactive approach to handling such incidents is commendable, and the students can now rest assured that their comfort and safety are of paramount importance to the institution. With the necessary measures in place, they can continue their academic pursuits with confidence and peace of mind.
