The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has recently notified the public via their website and Twitter page about the sale of counterfeit Arla Dano 14g full-cream Milk Powder in various states across Nigeria. Investigations revealed that these fake products were openly displayed in markets.

NAFDAC has directed zonal directors and state coordinators to conduct surveillance and eliminate the counterfeit Arla Dano 14g full-cream Milk Powder from circulation. Distributors, retailers, and consumers are urged to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of the products. In the case of possession of counterfeit items, individuals are advised to submit stock to the nearest NAFDAC office. See the attached image for more details of the counterfeited product.
