On October 5, 2023, Nigeria’s former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, will convene a significant global press conference. The focus of this conference revolves around the alleged fake certificate attributed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Atiku Abubakar had expressed dissatisfaction with the results of the previous general election and subsequently raised the issue of the purported fake certification with the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC). This legal dispute between Atiku Abubakar and Bola Ahmed Tinubu has endured for several months.

The announcement of the press conference was made by Dele Momodu on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. He emphasized that the event would be live-streamed on his social media platforms and covered extensively by both international and local media networks, in the afternoon.
