In a updated announcement, the Dean of Students released the final list of elected Students’ Union Executive Officers for the upcoming academic session. The results are as follows:
1. President Elect:
Alpha King – Lemuel Osahon.
2. Vice President Elect:
Allinson Nafisat
However, it is important to note that Osilonya Chioma Peace has been disqualified, and her result has been voided.
3. Secretary General Elect:
Eriamiatoe Miracle Eruh
4. Assistant Secretary General Elect:
Kalu Onyedikachi Miracle
5. Attorney General:
Albright Chisom Ehimze
6. Director of Finance:
Bienose Godstime Eghosa
Regrettably, Chukwu Jeremiah Ogbonnaya has been disqualified, and his result has been voided.
7. Director of Sports:
Atori Samuel Ogheneochuko
8. Director of Socials:
Ogoh Precious Daniel
9. Director of Welfare:
Omoruyi Osasenaga Destiny
10. PRO:
Osadolor Devine Osarumen
The official statement, acknowledged by the Dean of Students, marks the successful conclusion of the election process. Notably, candidates Osilonya Chioma Peace and Chukwu Jeremiah Ogbonnaya faced disqualification, emphasizing the commitment to upholding electoral integrity.
The newly elected Executive Officers are set to be inaugurated tomorrow, Friday, December 1st, 2023 at Festus Iyayi Hall, University of Benin.
