It was a day filled with drama at the MainBowl. It all started by 10am yesterday when NDUOilers hosted FUPRE. Where the NDUOilers came from a goal down to win 3:1. The main drama happened in the match between the UNIBEN Royals and the FUOYE dazzlers where the dazzlers wanted to abandon the match at some point.

It all started when the UNIBEN Royals goalkeeper saved a penalty after an handball incident in the first half. Not long after the commencement of the second half, the UNIBEN Royals scored. Like five minutes later, the FUOYE dazzlers scored an empty post not knowing that the UNIBEN Royal goalkeeper was down with injury. The goal was cancelled by the referee sparking anger in the FUOYE dazzlers team making the coach order his players not to play again. Fans in the stadium were vibing to Davido’s Fem making the atmosphere more tense. After much persuasion, the FUOYE dazzlers continued the match and it ended 1:0 to the UNIBEN Royals wrapping up an eventful day.
