The University of Benin has released the updated academic calendar for the 2020/2021 Academic Calendar and the First Semester Academic Calendar for the 2021/2022 session.
In a confidential document signed by the Deputy Registrar (Senate Matters), M. I Owie, and acquired by ACJ UNIBEN, it was stated, “Senate at its Special Meeting held on Wednesday 19th October, 2022 received, considered and approved the continuation of Second Semester 2020/2021 Academic Calendar and the First Semester Academic Calendar for the 2021/2022 session as follows:”
The calendar shows that the University of Benin will allow students return to halls of residence on Sunday, 23rd October, 2022 and will have lectures commence on Monday, 24th October, 2022. Examinations begin with CED on Saturday, 3rd December, 2022 and will run until 24th December, 2022, bringing the semester to an end.
