Uniben campus shuttle buses plying Ringroad-Ugbowo to be moved to Obakavbaye Central Park, from Monday, March 28 as part of the new transportation policy of the Edo State government.
This was made known by the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu on Thursday morning while addressing the drivers at the Ibiwei park.

According to the Deputy Governor, the buses would be moved by Monday to the newly built Central Park and will join in paying the same fee as other buses at the park.

Each bus will pay 1,800 daily at the Park to enable them access to parking and loading.
Meanwhile, drivers of the shuttle buses have registered their displeasure at the policy, stating that this is huge on them and it’s of no good mind as they will now have to pay #1,600 daily as against the current #400 they pay.
