The University of Benin (UNIBEN), has announced the commencement of the sale of inter-faculty/departmental transfer forms for the 2022/2023 academic session. The sale of these forms will begin on Monday, July 17, 2023.

The eligibility criteria for students seeking transfer into full-time and part-time programs across all faculties and schools are dependent upon the availability of such programmes in their intended faculty/school and the availability of spaces to accommodate fresh students. However, students aspiring to transfer into the Faculty of Pharmacy must have completed their 200 Level studies in their initial faculties.

Applicants are required to attach a photocopy of their O’Level certificate and a passport photograph with a red background to the duly completed application forms before submission. These completed forms should be submitted to the Exams and Records Unit in Room 25.

To obtain the inter-faculty/school transfer forms, interested individuals must visit the Exams and Records Unit (Room 25) and pay a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) through REMITA to the University of Benin. After making the payment, applicants are expected to present their tellers at Bursary (Investment Department), where an official UNIBEN receipt will be issued to them.

It is important to note that only correctly completed forms should be submitted to the Exams and Records Unit (Room 25). For any inquiries or further information, applicants are advised to contact the Exams and Records department directly.
