As we conclude this academic session’s Inter-Faculty 5-Aside tournament, it’s time to take a break from the heated and tense match moments.
The office of the SUG Director of Sports is proud to announce a Novelty Match Schedule for the tournament.
Set to be held at 2 PM on Thursday, 8th February 2024 at Liberty Stadium, Hall 3, three entertaining fixtures have been lined up.
At 2 PM, the UNIBEN Sports Media (a team of creatives dedicated to promoting UNIBEN Sports) will face the Faculty DOS Forum.
Next will be a clash between two vital arms of the Students’ Union Government, with The Maverick Executives taking on Team Parliament in what promises to be a fun encounter.
Then, for the last kick-off of the day, Team 5-Aside All Stars will play against Team SUG DOS.
Want to see the likes of Jerry Ezebor and Marvelous Nketian on the pitch again? With so much skill set to be on display, this fixture is definitely one to watch out for.
