Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El – Rufai has expressed that his government is ever willing to launch bombing attack on bandits.
The Governor who addressed news men in government house, Kaduna capital, shortly after the release of 29 abducted students of federal college of forestry mechanization stressed that his administration had already concluded plans to release bombs on the criminal’s hide out even though students will lose their lives.
Governor El – Rufai added that his administration would rather vehemently attack the bandits than pay ransom while noting that he would continue in ongoing efforts to secure the state from further attack.
It would be recalled that unknown gunmen had on March 11th invaded the federal college of forestry mechanization in Afaka, Kaduna State where 39 students were reportedly abducted.
10 students later regained freedom after few days while the remaining 29 students were released on May 5th. This is after 21 days of being in bandits custody.
