The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has officially rescheduled the Post-UTME screening exercise, originally slated for Friday, 5th September 2025, to Saturday, 6th September 2025, following their
declaration of a public holiday in celebration of Eid-el-Maulud.
In a statement released by the University, all applicants originally scheduled for Friday, including pop-up candidates, are now to be screened on Saturday, 6th September 2025.
All applicants and new candidates are, therefore, advised to reprint their examination slips to confirm their new venues and times. Reprinting is scheduled for Thursday, 4th September 2025.
The statement further reveals that the application portal is now closed; however, applicants who have already registered can still log in with their usernames and passwords to reprint their respective venue details.
The Management has advised all candidates to comply strictly with the new date and instructions in order to ensure a smooth and organised screening process.
