No More Cut Off Mark, JAMB Tell Candidates

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced that there will be no longer general cut off mark for 2021/2022 admission session.

The disclosure was made news during a virtual policy meeting chaired by the minister of education, Malam Adamu Adamu.

According to the board, higher institutions can now peg their cut off marks as deemed fit. There will no longer be general cut off mark.

In 2020, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board had fixed 160 as the minimum cut-off mark for varsities, 120 for polytechnics, and 100 for colleges of education.
