The Security Devision of Ekenhuan Campus reports the case of a rift between Jason Evwoh of Theatre Arts Department and Success Inegbedion of Mass communication. The report follows that the rift was caused by the struggle for the position of Mayor for the Nelson Mandela Hostel. The fight resulted to the tearing of the shirt of Success Inegbedion on the 13th of December, 2024. The report has been documented and submitted.
Following the poor sportsmanship behaviour exhibited by these two aspirants, the following decisions has been made.
Both Jason Evwoh (300LV Theatre Art Department) and Success Inegbedion (200LV Mass Communication Department) are hereby banned from the forthcoming Hall Executive Election.
The Nelson Mandela’s Hostel Election has been suspended while election will continue in other Hostels including Margaret Ekpo as earlier scheduled.
The Hall Executive Election in Nelson Mandela Hostel will be rescheduled and conducted at a later date.
