The management of the University of Benin has debunked information of school resumption rumoured to be on 20th of October, 2022.
This was clarified by the school P.R.O Dr Benedicta Ehanire today via a statement made available to ACJ UNIBEN. The statement reads,
“The Management of the University of Benin has described as false, information being circulated in the social media that the Institution is set to resume academic activities on the 20th of October, 2022. Management advises students,parents and the public to disregard such information as the University has not announced any date for resumption .”
Students have been advised to avoid spreading unverified information as it is morally unethical and illegal.
