The Delta state bursary and scholarship board have commenced online application for the 2023/2024 students special assistance scheme (SSAS) also known as bursary award programme for eligible students of Delta origin in all tertiary institutions in Nigeria
Criteria for application includes the following
-Candidate must be of Delta origin
-Must possess National identification Number(NIN)
-Must be a registered full-time student of only Government approved private and public tertiary institutions
-Must have CGPA of 2.20 and above in the previous academic session
-Be in 200level and above (in universities), ND II and HND(in polytechnic’s/monotechnic) and NCE II-III (in the colleges of Education)
-Must have an account with a CBN approved commercial bank
Candidates are to log on to the board official website www.dsbsb.dl.gov.ng to apply. The registration/application will run for a period of four weeks from Monday 1st July to Wednesday 31st July, 2024 after which candidates are to proceed to physical verification at the close of registration
