Ahead of the second semester examinations for the 2019/2020 academic session, various faculties of the University Of Benin have commence immediate release of examination time table.
It would be recalled that the school examination had earlier scheduled the semester’s examination to kick off on 14th June with the likes of faculty of education and pharmacy taking the lead.
Reacting to the new development, students have expressed worrisome concern over the forth coming examination.
A 400 level student of Education faculty who spoke with our correspondent lamented over insufficient time for students to prepare for the examination.
Another final year student of the faculty of physical science who noted that the present school administration has never adjusted exam date decried the time constraint of the examination while calling for a postponement.
Across the 14 faculties and numerous department of the school, there have been anxiety among students concerning the soon coming examination with many of the students calling for a postponement of the examination.
However, all things being equal, the second semester examination has been scheduled to start on Monday 14th June y2021. Whether it will shifted to a later date by the school authority is yet to materialize.
